No fewer than Six shops were burnt down in the early hours of Friday as another fire incident engulfed the post office at Estate Gate, Okada in Edo state.
The incident which occurred around 12:am this morning, was said to be as a result of wrong connection in the electrical work.
An eyewitness account explained that Six shops were burnt down and properties worth millions of Naira were destroyed.
Properties destroyed include: photocopy machine, laptops, Desktop computers, printing machines, and other valuables.
A dry cleaning machine and clothes belonging to customers were also burnt in laundry shop that was also affected in the inferno.
