It appears that what might look like the storm isn’t even over as Nigerians are still in dilemma whether the order by the Supreme Court of Nigeria stopping CBN from withholding the old notes from Today, February 10 until an undisclosed date have been served.
In regards of the presidency having a closed door meeting with the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria following the court ruling, it is most likely a decision has been taken without informing the masses.
This is indeed a hard time for Nigerians as some bank officials claimed that the CBN had limited volume of cash distributed to banks and with this act, Nigerians might face hard times over the shortage of cash in the coming days as the situation is getting worse.
