Osun Declares Friday, July 24 Work-Free Day

Barely three weeks to the gubernatorial election in Osun state, the state government has declared Friday, June 24, a work-free day.

The declaration is to enable civil servants who are yet to collect their Permanent Voter Cards do so.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prince Wole Oyebamiji on Thursday, 23rd June, 2022.

The statement said, the development was to enable all public and civil servants pick their PVC ahead of the July 16 governorship poll.
