A ghastly road accident along the Ore-Lagos express way in Odigbo Local Government Area, Ondo State, have claimed nine lives.
Reports have it that nine persons were burnt to death in this auto crash.
The Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Ore unit, Mr Sikiru Alonge, confirmed the incident.
According to Alonge, the accident involved a white Toyota Hiace bus with a registration number FKJ 095 XE and a Honda Accord saloon car whose registration number cannot be ascertained.
He said the accident was as a result of a tyre burst which caused a head on collision before the vehicle burst into flames.
He further advised motorist to always maintain speed limit and obey traffic rules and regulations in order to avoid such occurrence.
