Ningi local government area (LGA), Sharia court has sentence three men to death by stoning over homesexuality in Bauchi State.
Justice Munka Ilu sabo Ningi, delivered the verdict after hearing from the withness and admittance of guilt by the three accused persons.
The accused are, Abubakar Beti (30) Kamiluya (20) and Malam Haruna (70) years.
The accused were convicted in accordance with 134 of Bauchi State Penal Law of 2001 along side provisions of Fiquhussunah Jizu’i number 2, page 362.
